Obiaku is a trained structural engineer with a career spanning over 30 years, 14 of which have been in active service as a structural engineer, property developer and consultant in construction of luxury residential and multi-shop plaza of mall properties. She is a member of the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria and has worked in various capacities in the public and private sector. She was principal/assistant chief engineer at the Nigerian Ports Authority between 1984 and 1991, wealth advisor and regional executive at BGL Plc. till 2012, and is a non-executive director of UBA Properties.
Prince Adesegun Oniru
Prince Oniru is a qualified Civil Engineer. After attending Worth School in Sussex, UK, he proceeded to the University of Westmisnter where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1991. After practicing in London he returned to Nigeria as Managing Director of Waterfront and Tourism Development Corporation. He subsequently became the Honourable Commissioner for Housing before becoming Hon. Commissioner for Waterfront Infrastructure Development.
Ifeanyi is the managing consultant of Bijoux International Services Limited. He is an accountant with over 10 years banking experience, where he focused primarily on Risk Management & Remedial/Recovery. As managing consultant, Ifeanyi oversees the successful management and resolution of troubled assets and real property collateral.
Joseph has over two decades experience in investment banking and wealth management. An alumnus of the University of Lagos, Lagos Business School and New York institute of Finance, Joseph has headed equity sale and marketing teams in Habib Nigeria Bank, NAL bank Plc, BGL, GTB Asset Management Limited and CSL Stockbrokers. He was recently chief executive of Aquila Asset Management Limited, leaving to form Hamilton and George, a boutique investment advisory firm.
Joseph also writes for Thisday, and has written and produced theatre productions in Lagos and the United Kingdom.
